pr-103 intersecting pr-114 along rio guanajibo in cabo rojo
remain closed due to slow moving or standing water. this
advisory will remain in place while the threat continues, and
may be upgraded to a warning, if conditions warrant.
- flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

- at 652 pm ast, emergency managers indicated that roads
pr-418, and pr-115 along rio culebrinas in aguada remain with
slow moving or standing water. pr-418 is completely
impassable and remains closed. pr-115 is only partially
transitable with km 26.1 to 26.3 remaining closed. pr-439 on
the other hand is now reported as transitable.
- this advisory will remain in place while the threat
continues, and may be upgraded to a warning, if conditions
warrant.
